Short feedback about one online store

    Sometimes customer service can fix a bad experience, but not always. For things that I use every day, I prefer to pay a bit more if the quality is stable. For fashion and clothing I pay attention to fabric thickness and stitching details.

    Over the last months I noticed that some of my favorite items are not the most expensive ones. If anyone has long term experience with certain online shops, I am always curious to read it. This is why I like reading and posting on forums and community websites. If a piece of jewelry keeps its color and does not irritate the skin, I consider it a win. If many different people say the same thing about a product, it is worth paying attention. Some charts are very generic and do not match real measurements at all. Shipping speed is not everything, but extremely slow delivery is very annoying. It makes it easier to compare with an old pair of glasses that already fits well.

    Just sharing my personal feedback.
